• La3+ was employed as a dopant to promote the piezoelectric performance of lead halide perovskites. • The sensor demonstrated remarkable performance with a high sensitivity of 0.702 V·kPa-1 and a rapid response time of 64.8 ms. • The sensor can detect human physiological signals and monitor human walking patterns.
