• A data-driven sd-DMDc-FxLMS framework is proposed for adaptive vibration control. • A displacement-strain hybrid measurement vector is adopted to incorporate strain feedback. • Systematic parametric studies validate prediction of effective convergence regions. • Provides a robust simulation tool for optimizing adaptive control parameters.
