Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Sleep disturbances are common and undertreated in university students. • Cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is the gold-standard treatment. • Barriers to CBT-I in university students prompted development of Goodnight, Poor Sleep. • This is the first trial evaluating Goodnight, Poor Sleep in a university sample. • Goodnight, Poor Sleep reduced insomnia severity, daytime fatigue, and depression relative to a waitlist control.
