Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• FER phosphorylates GSTF10 to form a novel signaling module regulating Arabidopsis reproduction. • GSTF10 inhibits pollen tube elongation and reduces seed set, acting as a dual suppressor. • Epistasis analysis demonstrates that GSTF10 acts downstream of FER to negatively regulate pollen tube elongation. • FER promotes seed number primarily through GSTF10-independent pathways. • First evidence of kinase-GST crosstalk uncoupling female control of pollen tubes and fertilization.
