Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• CAM-MPAS with 60–3 km grid spacing realistically captures heavy precipitation along the North American west coast. • The high-resolution resolves complex topography that enhances local winds and precipitation extremes. • High resolution improves partitioning between rain and snow, showing the potential for studying hydroclimate impacts over complex terrain.
