Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Indium doped mesoporous SnO2 with varying dopant concentrations (1.1 mol % - 5.9 mol %) were prepared by soft template method • Sensors were fabricated using Inter-digited electrodes of platinum via spin coating • 3.5 mol % In3+ doped m-SnO2 sensor showed the best NO2 sensing efficiency at 50°C • The superior sensing efficiency is attributed to the large surface area, small grain size and creation of oxygen vacancies
