集成微梳在许多需要小型化、高输出功率和高效率的应用中具有广阔前景,例如数据通信、传感和光谱学。近期已通过将增益芯片与高品质因子的集成谐振器相结合的方式成功演示了电泵浦微梳。然而,其实际输出光功率仍远低于实际应用所需水平。在此,我们通过将低相干性光源与高输出功率的氮化硅环形谐振器相结合,成功演示了高功率电泵浦Kerr频移微梳。我们设计了具有正常群速度色散特性的谐振器,并利用非线性工作状态下的自注入锁定效应来产生高芯片内功率梳,同时纯化了泵浦光源的相干性。我们实现了总芯片内功率高达158 mW的微梳,且梳齿线固有线宽窄至200 kHz。我们演示了超过100 μW的梳齿线数量比以往报道结果多一倍以上,芯片内功率水平也提高了近一个数量级。我们提出的这种新型电泵浦微梳光源在尺寸、功率和线宽方面均满足数据通信的要求,并有望对高性能计算、光谱传感和时间保持应用中的通用设备等领域产生深远影响。将低相干性光源与具有正常群速度色散特性的氮化硅环形谐振器相结合,可实现电泵浦、高功率微梳,提供高达158 mW的芯片内功率以及线宽窄至200 kHz的高相干性梳齿线。
