Abstract
En 中文
• An all-optical miniaturized photoacoustic (PA) sensing architecture (8.67 cm³) is proposed, realizing miniaturization while avoiding electromagnetic interference and enabling deployment in limited spaces. • The system integrates multi-gas channel scheduling based on optical switch-TDM, realizing real-time acquisition and demodulation of PA signals for synchronous and accurate detection. • Ultra-high sensitivity multi-gas detection is achieved within a cm³-level volume, with ultra-low MDLs that satisfy the monitoring requirements for minor variations in gas concentration.
