• We target the changes in myelin sheath during the development of OIPN and conduct microscopic studies on it. • We conduct systematic research on “phospholipid metabolism- inflammatory microenvironment- myelin regeneration”. • We explore the mechanism of the compound by integrating network pharmacology, metabolomics, and lipidomics. • The results reveal that regulating myelin regeneration may provide ideas for future prevention and treatment of OIPN.
