The purpose of the paper is to study g-hypergraph which is a generalization of the notion of hypergraph. This generalization is made in terms of h-relation on X, which is in fact a relation from X to P(X). Every g-hypergraph G can induce a graph G(g) the connectedness of which is shown to be a necessary and sufficient condition for G to be connected. An h-relation defines a weight function by means of which balanced g-hypergraph is defined and studied here.
