Inter-annual flood mapping using a cloud computing platform and multi-source spatial data

洪水是全球性的毁灭性自然灾害之一,由于数据可用性不足,发展地区尤为脆弱。本研究开发了一个基于Google Earth Engine平台的年度洪水范围制图框架,利用多源空间数据集评估洪水模式和土地利用影响(2020—2024年)。通过阈值法变化检测使用Sentinel-1 SAR数据绘制洪水范围,而结合随机森林算法的Sentinel-2数据实现了土地利用分类。结果表明,洪水范围存在显著的年度变化,介于2024年的30,823公顷和2021年的488,070公顷之间,与区域降雨模式呈强相关性。农田区域在2023年遭受了高达39,363公顷的洪水,而建成区在2021年记录了约80,711公顷的淹没。推导出的降雨阈值为基础预警系统提供了依据。该可扩展方法有助于提升洪水风险管理水平和气候韧性,为易发洪水地区的可持续发展目标政策制定提供信息支持。
