Abstract
En 中文
• Metabarcoding is a well-suited method for studying enchytraeid communities. • Temperature, phosphorus and forest floor layer shape enchytraeid communities. • Abundance and biomass of Enchytraeidae generally peaked in the Of/Oh layer. • However, species richness was highest in the Ah layer.
