Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Chitosan microspheres were developed for intranasal delivery of ranolazine. • The formulation exhibited strong mucoadhesion and sustained drug release. • Histopathology confirmed nasal mucosa safety of the microspheres. • In vivo studies showed improved bioavailability over conventional delivery. • A novel nasal platform was demonstrated for poorly soluble anti-anginal drugs.
