全固态电池(ASSBs)因其高能量密度和固有安全性而作为下一代储能系统展现出巨大潜力。然而,其实际应用因需要高外部压力(通常为数十兆帕)以维持固-固界面接触并确保长期循环稳定性而受阻。本研究报道了一种专门设计的离子弹性体,能够在显著降低堆叠压力的条件下实现ASSB的稳定运行。该弹性体结合了机械柔性聚合物基体与离子导电相,兼具高室温离子电导率(0.3 mS cm⁻¹)、低弹性模量(29.8 MPa)、优异的热稳定性(≥400°C)以及与硫化物基固态电解质(SSEs)良好的化学兼容性。当与硫化物SSEs复合时,该复合材料展现出卓越的室温离子电导率(5.23 mS cm⁻¹)。将该复合材料应用于高镍正极(Ni≥90%)的ASSB中,在0.05C倍率下初始容量达200 mAh g⁻¹,并在1C倍率下低堆叠压力(仅5 MPa)条件下循环700次后仍表现出优异的循环稳定性。这种离子弹性体策略通过缓解电化学-机械降解、消除高压需求,为实用化、长寿命ASSB技术的发展提供了可扩展的途径。
