Abstract
En 中文
• L-SeNPs were successfully synthesized and characterized. • L-SeNPs markedly suppressed ovarian cancer cell growth. • L-SeNPs induced ROS accumulation, DNA damage and apoptosis. • L-SeNPs promoted FOXO3a nuclear translocation and upregulated GADD45A expression. • FOXO3a-GADD45A signaling mediated the antitumor activity of L-SeNPs.
