Freshwater resources obtained from the atmosphere are considered a crucial method for alleviating global water scarcity. Fog harvesting technology, which extracts atmospheric moisture, is regarded as a promising approach to alleviating water scarcity. Inspired by the cactus spines and spider silk spindles, a multibioinspired superhydrophilic continuous dart pattern (SCDP) constructed on a superhydrophobic aluminum surface (hybrid wettability surface) is designed by laser ablation and surface modification. The motion of droplets was compared on superhydrophilic single cone pattern (SSCP), superhydrophilic single dart pattern (SSDP), superhydrophilic continuous cone pattern (SCCP), and SCDP. The effects of droplet volume, cone angle, and node length on droplet motion were investigated. The maximum transportation velocity of the droplet on the SSDP was 500.0 ± 12.6 mm/s. Fog harvesting capability was further investigated on the SCDP. The effects of pattern spacing and pattern-source distance on the fog-harvesting rate were investigated. A fog harvesting rate of 1.50 ± 0.06 g · cm−2·h−1 on SCDP was achieved with 30 mm pattern-source distance, 3 mm pattern spacing, and 90° tilt angle. Therefore, this study presents valuable strategies for designing sustainable and efficient fog harvesting systems by enhancing directional droplet transport on multibioinspired wettability surfaces.
