• Elucidated the impact of coupled tidal environments and soft clay structuration on pile-soil interaction patterns. • First to develop a modified p-y curve model accounting for tidal softening, resulting in a 27% accuracy improvement over the API code. • Developed a rapid assessment method for pile lateral capacity and achieved global-scale application of the dimensionless framework.
