Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• TACE induces a hypoxic vascular niche featuring immature vasculature and an immunosuppressive TME. • TACE enriches PDGFC+ TAMs with pro-angiogenic and immunosuppressive phenotypes, linked to poor prognosis. • PDGFC+ TAMs orchestrate a positive feedback loop of pericyte-to-CAF transition and CAF activation. • Low-dose bevacizumab plus atezolizumab promotes vascular normalization and antitumor immunity after TACE.
