• No maternal mortality at 30 days among 22 pregnant women with pulmonary hypertension. • Pulmonary hypertension was predominantly related to left heart disease, reflecting rheumatic valvular disease. • Neuraxial anesthesia was feasible in selected patients with careful hemodynamic management.
