Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• MoS2/ZrN composite coatings were fabricated by Magnetron Sputtering technique. • Incorporation of ZrN resulted in denser and more compact microstructure. • MoS2/ZrN composite coatings exhibit good adhesion strength and hardness compared to pure MoS2 coating. • MCZ20 composite coating exhibited the lowest coefficient of friction and wear rate compared to pure MoS2 coating.
