Perfect vector vortex beams (PVVBs) constitute a fundamental paradigm in structured optics, offering critical insights into complex light-matter interactions through their intrinsic vortex nature and spatially-variant polarization topologies. However, existing approaches to generate PVVBs remain constrained by their operation at a single wavelength, dependence on bulky optical systems, and a lack of precise control along the propagation path. To address these fundamental and practical limitations, we propose a metasurface-based platform capable of generating multispectral PVVBs with varying polarization profiles along user-defined two- and three-dimensional optical propagation paths. By shifting the observation plane, PVVBs with distinct colors can be selectively visualized. Their polarization profiles are indirectly verified through characteristic intensity modulations when observed through a polarizer. Moreover, dynamic control of these beams is accomplished by continuously adjusting the incident polarization. The simultaneous manipulation of both spectral and polarization information in multiple PVVBs along customized longitudinal propagation paths provides enhanced degrees of freedom for information encoding, with promising applications in optical encryption, particle manipulation, quantum optics, and optical communications.
