Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• We developed a reduced-order electro-thermo-optical model to determine an efficient phosphor-package design with stable thermal performance. • Remote phosphor packaging outperformed the conformal configuration. • An optimal phosphor thickness of about 1.0 mm was identified, beyond which performance saturated. • These results were validated using Monte Carlo simulations. • A quadratic correction factor reduced both the mean absolute absorption error and the mean percent error. • The preferred design best balances higher optical absorption with acceptable thermal performance.
