In Molecular Communication (MC) systems, with multiple transmitting Nano Nodes, interference is one of the most challenging impairments. On the other hand, MC system highly depends on the deployment scenarios such as, Rectangular Biological Deployment (RBD), Cylindrical Biological Deployment (CBD) and Spherical Biological Deployment (SBD). Though, statistical physical models of interference under RBD are proposed in literature but it is in implicit forms containing complex integrals. However, interference under CBD and SBD deployments are missing from open literatures. Whereas, this research presents interference model for Diffusive Molecular Communication (DMC) under CBD and SBD scenarios. In particular, analytical expressions for Probability Density Function (PDF) of the received power spectral density (PSD) under CBD and SBD are derived. Derived PDF of PSD is further employed to present the Probability of Interference (POI) under both the deployments. It is noteworthy to mention that all the derived expressions are novel and in their explicit forms. Further, presented analysis includes quantification of PDF of PSD and POI for both the deployments. Furthermore, comparative analysis under different domains such as, in frequency domain (omega) varying from 0 to 2 Hz and in 's' domain varying from 0 to 5 x 10(4) [molecules(2)m(-6)sec Hz(-1)] are also presented for both the deployments. Observations reveal that the PSD of the received signal or POI both increases rapidly with an increase in the value of frequency ' omega '. In particular, for a given value of 's' as value of ' omega ' is increased from 0.99 Hz to 1.79 Hz, the value of PDF of the received PSD increases. Also, for given transmitter distance (r(k)) as the value of ' omega ' is increased from 0.39 Hz to 1.89 Hz, the value of POI increases. Moreover, the derived expressions are validated by providing the results of the Monte Carlo sim...
