Multi-objective optimisation of rack train based on improved dung beetle optimisation algorithm

齿条齿轮啮合系统是齿轨铁路的关键子系统。其周期性的齿条齿轮啮合力与冲击激励显著降低了齿轨列车的乘坐舒适性。然而,关于齿轨列车悬挂系统优化的研究发表较少。为弥补这一不足,本文研究了齿轨列车悬挂系统的多目标优化。首先,基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学和齿轮动力学,建立了四编组齿轨车辆-轨道耦合动力学模型。通过现场试验验证了模型可靠性。随后,对齿轨列车的乘坐舒适性进行了参数敏感性分析,并提出了一种改进的蜣螂优化算法(INSDBO)。最后,开发了UM-MATLAB联合仿真优化模型。结果表明,齿轨列车的乘坐舒适性主要受部分二系悬挂的影响,包括牵引杆刚度。改进算法的性能优于常规方法。优化后,车体的RMS值显著降低了超过21%;在人体敏感频率和齿条齿轮啮合频率下,转向架框架到车体的振动传递减少了43.3%。
