Upper eyelid laxity is a common feature of facial aging. Although blepharoplasty remains the gold standard, interest in nonsurgical approaches with reduced downtime is increasing. However, objective quantitative assessment of periocular tissue response following energy-based treatments remains limited, particularly in anatomically delicate regions such as the upper eyelid.
