Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Serotonin is a key indicator for acute foodborne illness responses. • A novel NTOU10@RGO composite enables non-enzymatic serotonin sensing. • The sensor shows a 3.3 nM detection limit and a wide linear range. • High matrix tolerance was validated in complex biological fluids. • This robust platform offers great potential for food safety screening.
