提出了用于求解线性离散控制系统各种最优控制问题的原始数值矩阵算法。通过HIV感染和免疫反应动力学的一个著名模型的例子，展示了所提出算法的性能。具体地，考虑了以给定精度生成给定稳定定态解的最优扰动的这一问题。
