Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• 3D CFD of roof snowdrifts using the Eulerian–Eulerian model with dynamic mesh. • Key separations, recirculation zones and horseshoe vortices govern roof drifts. • Quantify wind speed, roughness, initial snow and fetch effects on drift profiles. • Critical wind speed threshold controls erosion–deposition near the roof step. • Wind speed–fetch synergy concentrates peak triangular deposition at the step.
