Abstract
En 中文
Subway Environmental Simulation Program (SES) was used to combine with the commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software to explore the influence of various operating situations to the subway environment of Taipei Rapid Transit System in the present study. The results show that the under platform exhaust (UPE) has a substantial influence on the temperature and the cross-sectional area of the ventilation shaft has quite more effect on the ventilation volume than length. The pressure distribution caused by the piston effect and its effect on the platform screen door was also discussed and compared. (C) 2002 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
