Abstract
En 中文
• Peak intensity of 637 nm ZPL increases linearly to a dose of 15 × 1017 e¯/cm2, becoming saturated at higher doses. • At doses of more than 15 × 1017 e¯/cm2, 637 nm ZPL (NV¯) is split into two components. • An increase in the radiation dose leads to a broadening of the ZPL for NV¯ centers. • An increase in the radiation dose is accompanied by a decrease in the Debye–Waller factor for NV¯ centers.
