Optimizing polyurethane using as a buffer layer for supporting soft rock tunnels

公路隧道在连接城市和地区中发挥着重要作用。通常,采用允许变形较大的衬砌结构被认为是支撑软岩隧道的可行解决方案。本研究通过开展多次实验室试验,开发了一种优化的聚氨酯(PU)材料,旨在实现低密度、高抗压强度、高抗拉强度和低渗透性的平衡。这种材料预期可作为缓冲层,促进围岩应力释放并减少支护阻力。该优化的聚氨酯由140:50:50:1.2:0.6:0.8:1.5:2.8的组分组成,包括多异氰酸酯、聚醚三醇、聚醚四醇、催化剂X、催化剂Y、发泡剂、链扩展剂和泡沫稳定剂。所得聚氨酯的密度为145.4 kg/m³,固化时间为58 s,屈服强度为1.38 MPa,抗拉强度为2.129 MPa,断裂伸长率为12.897%,渗透系数为1.24 × 10⁻⁵ cm/s。本研究部分弥补了泡沫混凝土材料的局限性,并为软岩隧道中大变形的支护提供了优化解决方案。
