• A controlled-radiation platform was built for dense multirow hole arrays. • Radiation reshapes the roles of key flow and thermal parameters. • Higher blowing ratio remains effective and yields larger gains under radiation. • Temperature ratio becomes influential only after radiation is introduced. • Reynolds-number effects strengthen under radiation and show diminishing returns.
