Abstract
En 中文
• Conductivity decrease with the dopant concentration increase was discussed. • By heavy doping of cations, activation energy of oxide ion vacancy increases. • Divalent cation doping tends to enhance the activation energy increase. • Tetravalent cation doping also enhance the activation energy, as in ceria-zirconia solid solutions.
