Abstract

• We prepared HM and PD incorporated Cs3Bi2I9 double perovskite. • We demonstrated a 1D/3D heterostructure using HCs3Bi2I9, and PCs3Bi2I9. • HM and PD based 1D perovskite suppresses the nonradiative recombination process. • The 1D/3D perovskite device shows superior stability compared to the control device.
