• Synthesizing a SiCnws@TiO₂ aerogel with a biomimetic 3D wintersweet-inspired porous network. • Demonstrates a record EAB of 6.8 GHz and RLmin of –49.7 dB for microwave absorption. • Integrates radar stealth (20.1 dB m2 RCS reduction) and thermal insulation in a single material system. • Synergistic optimization of conduction and polarization losses via a dual-path reinforcement strategy.
