In this paper are presented the power converters used in a model of a power source on board of HAPS (High Altitude Pseudo-Satellites). The HAPS hybrid power source is provided with two conversion systems. The main power sources-photovoltaic panels, fuel cells and battery are conceived to provide 24 VDC. On board of HAPS there are used two standard voltages 28 VDC for low power loads and 270 VDC for high power loads-propulsion motor. In this purpose one use two conversion systems, one 24 VDC-28 VDC and one 24 VDC - 270 VDC, each one with stabilized output.
