Abstract
En 中文
• Residual depression and anxiety symptoms form a tightly interconnected network in BD. • Psychomotor alterations, guilt, and worry emerge as the most central network nodes. • Motor, irritability, and fear act as bridge features driving cross-domain anxiety. • Poor social support and sleep disturbances correlate heavily with affective clusters.
