This letter addresses the challenge of maintaining voltage security in DC microgrids (DCMGs) under persistent stochastic power disturbances. Conventional equilibrium stability analysis is insufficient for this purpose, as it does not ensure security bounds are respected during a dynamic response process. We formulate voltage security as a constrained-input constrained-output stability problem and derive a sufficient condition to guarantee it. This condition is then embedded into an optimization problem to compute the maximum uniform disturbance bound that the DCMG can tolerate without violating security. The result is an explicit security margin, ensuring voltage security throughout the dynamic process under allowable disturbances.
