Abstract
En 中文
• A hybrid analytical-numerical method is developed for the DUE-RDTC assignment. • The Generalized Queue Replacement Principle (GQRP) is established as a key tool. • Under GQRP, equilibrium queueing delays equal shadow prices of an auxiliary LP. • The exact DUE solution is obtained by sequentially solving two linear programs. • The method is validated on networks of varying scales, including large networks.
