• Microwave sintering improved the dielectric properties of CCTO • Interfacial polarization and densification are enhanced by TMPS addition • Quick microwave sintering of TMPS-CCTO in 15min. • 3wt% TMPS reduced dielectric loss (∼0.03) with Relative permittivity >1000 • Rapid energy-efficient process with improved properties • Stable dielectric behavior over a wide temperature range
