• A hierarchical porous Co@NC/Ti3C2Tx/TiO2 catalyst was designed via MOFs-on-MXene thermal transformation. • Engineered multi-heterointerfaces create express channels for ultrafast interfacial electron transfer. • OV synergize with interfaces to steer a dominant 1O2 non-radical pathway. • The catalyst achieves complete pollutant degradation within 5 min and retains 92.4% of its initial efficiency after five consecutive cycles.
