Abstract

• The digital twin monitoring system is developed for user interaction and real-time cutting force calculation. • A two-branch contrastive learning model is proposed to realize tool wear monitoring under varying cutting conditions. • Based on tool wear status, the digital twin system controls machine tool changes via G code.
