Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Steroid-resistant ILC2s actively contribute to airway remodeling in severe asthma. • JAK-STAT5-Bcl-xL signaling mediates steroid resistance in ILC2s. • PI3K-Akt-mTORC1 signaling also contributes to steroid resistance in ILC2s. • Coactivation of these pathways enforces a robust steroid-resistant ILC2 phenotype. • Epithelial-ILC2 signaling is a promising therapeutic target in severe asthma.
