• Reduced booster (3rd) dose of BNT162b2 (10 μg) safe and with less reactogenicity. • At day 28, reduced-dose elicited slightly inferior humoral immune response. • At month 6, no more significant difference in the humoral immune response. • Similar post-booster breakthrough infections frequency/symptomatology in both arms. • Multiple benefits of dose-sparing strategy.
