卫星参考数据库（SRDBs）是管理地面段和卫星在轨系统之间交换信息所需数据编码和解码的关键，包括实际系统和通过数字孪生模拟的系统。在SRDBs中定义这些数据的过程复杂，且现有文献中对此尚未充分阐述。为填补这一空白，我们介绍了在设计和开发大型卫星项目SRDB过程中的九项经验总结。这些经验涵盖数据识别、清洗和插入，并基于超过十年的见解和经验。每项经验都进行了详细解释并辅以实例说明。我们还展示了这些经验在实际中的应用。总体而言，这些经验旨在减少未来卫星项目中SRDBs的开发和部署时间。
