• The diagnosis of brain metastases results in an automatic driving ban in the UK • The data to support this is retrospective, heterogenous and out-dated • SAFER is the first prospective study of seizures after stereotactic radiosurgery • We report a seizure rate less than 20% and reduces over time. • This may have implications for UK driving regulations
