Abstract
En 中文
• The CVD-grown single-crystalline CsPbBr3 nanoplates exhibits excellent crystallinity with low trap density of 6.9 × 1012 cm-3. • A self-powered photodetector based on Ti/CsPbBr3/Au was realized, achieving an ultralow dark current (∼-0.25 pA) and a linear dynamic range of 137 dB. • The device remains stable up to 450 K, and the responsivity is further enhanced at elevated temperatures
