A review of 181 patients that underwent 'semi-virtual' patch testing using virtual day 2 readings. Results highlight that most patients are able to remove patches and take high quality images via smart phone technology, with very limited adverse clinical impact. A notable reduction in travel was required, with subsequent positive environmental impacts.
