Abstract

Abstract

• We fabricated hollow core anti-resonant fiber fibers features ultralow 0.001 dB/m loss and suppressed loss leakage. • The fiber replaces separate gas cells to build a miniature all-fiber 1654 nm DFB WMS methane detector. • Normalized demodulation removes laser drift, achieving linear response for 0.5-20 ppm methane (R2 = 0.99831). • The sensor reaches 0.02 ppm LOD with 60 s response, and faster detection at higher internal pressure. • Long-term field tests confirm strong stability and anti-interference for atmospheric and industrial gas monitoring.
