Abstract
En 中文
• Endothelial-specific deletion of AT1aR reduced anxiety-like behavior in both males and females. • Effects of endothelial-specific deletion of AT1aR were independent of trauma conditions. • Endothelial-specific deletion of AT1aR increased claudin-5 cortical expression in stressed females. • Endothelial AT1aR signaling contributes to avoidance behaviors in a sex-dependent manner.
